First Things First – Know and Heal Yourself
The age old adage, Healer Heal Thyself, is an important element in the nature of healing. In this module you will learn to go within as well as how to identify what blocks the healing energies within you. You will develop the ability to be a clear and open channel for the healing energies to flow.

You will learn more about meditation techniques and practices.
Hands on Healing
This module will explore the charka and endocrine systems and how they are interrelated in the formation of illness and also in the healing process. You will be introduced to absent healing practices and also your responsibilities when working with children. Mediation techniques and practises will be deepened. Communication skills will be developed. You will be guided into the appropriate way to set up a healing room, keep records, and how to make a client comfortable during a treatment.
Death & Dying
This module will cover general counselling skills that will support your work as a healer. You will learn counselling theory as it pertains to healing practice such as attending behaviour, identifying and disclosing feelings, confrontation and integration techniques.
2. The Healer Referral Service is a public service whereby Registered Therapists are recorded on the NFH database. Members of the public may contact NFH by writing or telephoning for details of a qualified Therapist in their area.
3. Spiritual and Absent Healing are available to anyone with need of them. Spiritual healing has many names, Therapeutic Touch, Psychic Healing, Reiki, Ki Force, the list goes on and on. All of these therapies have their origins in the ancient practice of laying on of hands. The methods used may vary, but essentially they are the same. Spiritual healing is based on the fundamental assumption that there is a Universal Life Energy that sustains all living organisms. This life force is free and available to all. Spiritual healing is the channelling of this healing energy through the practitioner to the client. It re-energises and relaxes the client to enable their own natural resources to deal with illness or injury in the best possible way. If you are someone you know is in need of absent healing, please contact NFH and give the name of the person. There is no need to tell us what is wrong - just first and last name is sufficient.
