The object of the Federation is to
provide spiritual healing,
practical and emotional support
and counselling to:-

Those with
life-threatening
illness
Those in
grief
The NFH offers a range of services. These include:-
1.The Distance Training Program is designed to assist people who feel they would like to work as healers but due to location or circumstance they are unable to receive training by other means. The program follows a structured and comprehensive curriculum and is supervised by an Area Trainer who is also responsible for grading the trainees work. (We are in the process of rewriting our complete training program. We hope that the new program will be available very soon - March 2008 at the latest. We will put updates on the website as they come to hand.)
2.The Healer Referral Service is a public service whereby Registered Therapists are recorded on the NFH database. Members of the public may contact nfh by writing or telephoning for details of a qualified Therapist in their area.
3. Spiritual and Absent Healing are available to anyone with need of them. Spiritual healing has many names, Therapeutic Touch, Psychic Healing, Reiki, Ki Force, the list goes on and on. All of these therapies have their origins in the ancient practice of laying on of hands. The methods used may vary, but essentially they are the same. Spiritual healing is based on the fundamental assumption that there is a Universal Life Energy that sustains all living organisms. This life force is free and available to all. Spiritual healing is the channelling of this healing energy through the practitioner to the client. It re-energises and relaxes the client to enable their own natural resources to deal with illness or injury in the best possible way. If you are someone you know is in need of absent healing, please contact NFH and give the name of the person. There is no need to tell us what is wrong - just first and last name is sufficient.

5. Healing Therapist Volunteers work in hospitals, healing and natural health centres, clients homes, in fact anywhere a need for healing exists. If you or someone you know would like to make contact with a Therapist,
please contact nfh for the name of a person near you.6. The NFH realises that there are many training courses available, some may not be the best value for money or may be run by persons without the best of intentions toward their students. To attempt to ensure that the name of Healing in general is not sullied by these minorities the NFH maintains a register of Approved Trainers, as well as providing its own training program.
